Affiliate program - Terms of service

General:
Affiliate Program is our partnership program aimed to promote and distribute our software and services.

Affiliate is a person or company participating in our Affiliate Program to distribute our software.

Author is "AtomPark Software Joint-Stock Company", developing the software and offering it for the Affiliate Program.

Author reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate account at any time with or without prior notice in case the Affiliate violates Affiliate Program terms, cheats or promotes himself using illegal methods.

By using the Affiliate Program, the You warrant that:

1. You DO NOT use SPAM techniques to promote the products;
2. You DO NOT cheat with your account (do not send many fake clicks, do not make fake purchases etc);
3. Your web site IS NOT promoted using SPAM mail or SEO SPAM;
4. Your web site DOES NOT violate any law;
5. Your web site DOES NOT infringe any copyrights, trademarks, patents or other proprietary rights;
6. You DO NOT use our content to promote software or our competitors;
7. You are 18+ year old.
   

Participating in our partnership program you are granted to:

1. Use the content from our site;
2. Use out banners, HTML, Flash and text links;
3. Use the screenshots of our software on your site;
4. Host exe-files of our software on your own server;
5. Ask for higher commission if the volumes of leads are substantial.

Payments:

We send you your earnings as soon as your account reaches $200 USD or more. You also can set any other minimal payment sum in your Control Panel. We reserve the right to suspend your first payment for 3 months in order to verify your account (due to the nature of our software, we usually receive many frauds and should verify the accounts of the users). If you choose a wire transfer as a payment method, you will bear all the banking fees.

The payments are not done automatically. You should log into your Control Panel and request the payment.

Privacy policy:

Author respects the privacy of the users and promises not to disclose personal and business information to third parties without the written permission of Affiliate. We DO NOT sell the Affiliate's personal details to the third parties..

Refunds and Chargebacks:
In case refund or chargeback is requested by a customer, the referral fee and any Affiliate charge back fees will be deducted from the next monthly payment sent to the Affiliate.
