We get about 10K social bookmarks and tweets a month. Traffic from myspace went from zero to 4% in one month. We get about 5 hits per tweet,much more per myspace,digg,delicious and others. In a year I can't imagine the amount of traffic these sites will provide. We do nothing, our existing users are pounding the button. AFter running the site for 15 years I have never seen some much new traffic obtained so easily. There is no need to spam these services. Provide good content nd let your users market it for you.
