To open the saved message click a button on toolbar (opened briefcase) or choose menu item "File|Open message" and choose a file to work. By default you will see files with extension *.amsm. AMS to store the messages uses these file types
Another way to open the message is to choose the AMSM-file in Windows Explorer. In this case AMS will automatically load this file and you will be able to edit it and send the mail.
