Atomic Email Logger review
Current review of Email Logger is prepared by Simon Baillie for Shareware
Junkies. Original
review is here.
I am most impressed with this software. Email Logger claims it can extract
email addresses from ANY file on your hard drive, and trust me it can and at
wickedly fast speed.
All you have to do is tell it where you want to extract from and nothing phases
it. There are presets built in for extracting from Temp Internet files. Opera,
The Bat, Fido bases, My documents, Address book, Program files folder, Widows
folder and if you want the whole of your hard drive. You can of course customize
the extraction to particular file types and locations. Once you have extracted
your addresses you have the option to delete duplicates and "Suspicious" addresses
ie beginning with 4 digits or www.
Now you have an error and duplicate free mailing list which can be saved in
various ways including .txt and .csv.
The makers claim "Satisfied customers tells us they have found 3,000 to 10,000
fresh addresses searching temporary Internet files alone. How many addresses
are you losing out on?" If you need mail addresses for free you've got to try
this.
