Kill suspect e-mails (Suspicious addresses deletion)

The program makes deletions from the addresses list according to the chosen parameters:

• the first four letters of an address are numbers;
• there are two symbols "-" OR "_" OR "..." used successively;
• an address starts with www, http;
• there are any signal strings in an address:

UNSUBSCRIBE@
CANCEL@'
NEWSLETTER@
ACCOUNT@
MAILER-DAEMON@
BOUNCE-MAIL@

It's also possible to set maximum and minimum address length using "Minimal email length" and "Maximum email length" parameters. The output file will contain correct lstrings only.
