This article is hugely beneficial but the question i find tricky is what is too much or too little.I like this article because it expose several aspects of this question but i think i will remain thorny issues moving forward because each market is different in terms of expectation and needs.However having the idea of not giving too much or too little will enable marketers to be cautious and get a balance.Good work.

I like it very much,some words have touched me, especially those ones about creating too much noise for truly important messages to be effectively heard. This is an unheard problem for me, but it’s important, I guess.
