  • What are free account main features?
    The numbers of emails to send and the recipients are limited. And all the free emails will be followed by the additional information of Atomic Email Service.

    Atomic Email Service has all the necessary options to find out the percentage rating of clicked-through messages, to monitor who read your messages and went to the website. All the stats is displayed in the graphical format in the "My campaigns" menu.

  • Paid funds were not added to Atomic Email Service Account Balance
    Paid funds will get added to your account balance instantly or within 1-2 hours maximum once we have received your payment.

  • Email campaign/Emails were not sent
    It can happen for next reasons:

    • Your campaign cannot go through the “moderation” because of suspicious in being spam or because of “stop-words” finding.
    Attention! We consider any unsolicited, unexpected, or unwanted email message sent to the email recipients in order to extort their valuables from them or to mislead them, or any message originating from unauthorized sender, to be SPAM.

    • You do not have enough money to start the campaign.
