Outlook is primarily used to send single mail, but not mass mail. You create your message in built-in editor, using HTML formatting, any fonts, colors, attached files. Then load your mailing list and press "Send" to send the message personally to the each recipient.

The mailing list should be managed automatically in order to allow your subscribers to change the status of their subscription without any actions on your part. It can be automated by Atomic Subscription Manager. This program can be handled by email, HTTP, FTP commands.

Probably, you will need Atomic Email Logger to extract email addresses from the files of some types on your disks. It will help you convert your mailing list database to the format supported by our software.
