Merge e-mail and Excel or Access database

Manage additional fields, email merging

In the window shown below you can edit, add or delete the fields in your mailing list. You must include at least the email address, and all others are optional. It is best to include as much information as possible about each address. This information is what allows you to personalize your mailings.

Additional fields help to personalize the messages for each recipient. Look at this example. Make a list of recipients with the following fields:

E-Mail address Name Web site
info@atompark.com Evgeny www.atompark.com
info@borland.com Sir/Madam www.borland.com
johndoe@yahoo.com John Doe www.virtualave.net/johndoe

Then enter the following text in Message Edit window

Dear %Name%.

I have visited your Web site %Web site% and found that it is not listed in our Directory. Would you like to add your URL to our list? We are offering a standard listing for free and a Premium listing service for only $29,95/mo.

To sign-up for the listing, please go to www.XXXXXX.com/signup.php?refID=mmail

This e-mail is sent to %Name% (e-mail address is %E-mail address%) at once as a part of ...


When you personalize email, your recipients will receive messages with their real names and Web site URL inside. It will NOT look like SPAM.
