Customer Success Manager

    Required skills

    • Higher education;
    • Successful work experience of at least one year in customer service (IT, SAAS, digital);
    • Skills of negotiation and business correspondence;
    • Ability to clearly and competently express their thoughts orally and in writing;
    • Ability to build trusting relationships with clients;
    • Ability to listen and hear;

    Will be a plus:

    • Active selling skill;
    • English level not lower than B2;
    • Experience in technical support or call center.

    Duties:

    • Advising clients on all issues related to the use of our service;
    • Creation of educational content for clients to improve the quality of their customer experience;
    • Regular monitoring of the client's involvement in working with the service;
    • Development and implementation of activities to increase engagement and retention of clients;
    • Regularly collecting feedback from clients and developing recommendations on its basis;
    • Reducing customer churn and selling additional services
