Manual for Mail Verifier: Filter rules

The guides collected here will help you with various software questions.

    Back

The program gives an opportunity to add own filter rules for every domain. The option is allowed in

    • "Filters" menu tab
    • "Filter"

The settled rules will be applied for all the addresses with this domain.

Highlight the necessary address, click “Add Rule” and choose the one you need.

You can choose the next rules:

    • Always “Correct” — the addresses which domains have this settled rule will be always correct while verifying.
    • Always “Incorrect” — the addresses which domains have this settled rule will be always incorrect while verifying.
    • Always “Missed” — the addresses which domains have this settled rule will be always missed while verifying.
    • Always “Unchecked” — the addresses which domains have this settled rule will be always unchecked while verifying.

The rule must be added before checking addresses.

Also, it is possible to edit email filters in the

    • "Verify" menu tab
    • "Common settings"
    • "Filter settings"

Use the “Reset status” and “Set state” buttons in the “Verify” menu if you need to set the rule for certain address but not for the domain.
